 What is DivineSense's return and refund policy for regular purchases?

  • DivineSense accepts returns of new, unopened, unused, and undamaged items (that were NOT purchased as part of a care package, gift basket, or gift set) within 14 days of delivery. DivineSense does NOT cover the cost of shipping of returned items at this time.
  • Refunds will be issued for new, unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 7 days of DivineSense's receipt of the returned item. Please complete this contact form within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 5% will be charged for returns.
  • Divine Sense does NOT accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on any Spiritual Care Packages at this time.
  • Store credit is offered for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery of the item. If an item is damaged or defective, please complete this contact form and include your order number and be prepared to provide a photo of the damage/defect to DivineSense within 7 days of delivery.
  • DivineSense does NOT offer exchanges.

 

What is DivineSense's purchase, cancellation, return and refund policy for special order purchases? 

  • Special Orders are invoiced and can be paid for in two installments. The customer pays 50% of the balance due at the time customer places order. The customer pays 50% of the remaining balance before DivineSense ships/drops the order to the customer.
  • DivineSense will accept special order cancellations & requests for refunds of the first installment within 7 days of the payment of the first installment. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from refunds due to special order cancellations.
  • DivineSense accepts returns of new, unopened, unused, and undamaged special ordered items within 7 days of delivery to the customer. A restocking fee of $10 will be charged for returns of special ordered items.

What should I do if an item I received is damaged or defective?

  • If an item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please complete this contact us form and include your order number and be prepared to provide a photo of the damage/defect to DivineSense within 7 days of delivery. DivineSense offers store credit only for items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

 

Where does DivineSense ship to?

  • DivineSense will ship anywhere in continental U.S.A. and Canada, except for post office boxes.


How quickly does DivineSense fulfill and ship orders?

  • After full payment, DivineSense fulfills and ships orders within 3-5 business days.
  • Packages generally ship via UPS, U.S.P.S. First Class Mail, or Priority Mail depending on the delivery times and weight of the order. We automatically refund any excess shipping paid to us.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.


What should I do if the US Postal Service did not deliver or lost my package?
